Right then, update for the weekend: Friday, gave in my E-Learning. Couple of words shy of the post count, but not far off. Saturday, had a night to myself for a change, watched a couple of DVDs. Sunday was bitterly cold, so sod's law states that I had to do something outisde.
And that happened when the fence fell over, so me and my father had to go and repair it. So there I was, standing on the side of the house, with my big thick camoflage jacket on, hood up to try and keep the cold off me, which did the trick - except my face was still exposed to the wind. So when I got back into the house an hour later, I tried to ask mam for a cup of tea (to warm me up), except my lips were too cold for me to talk. I could hardly move them!
Then, last night, Nan came down for Sunday lunch. So that cut down the amount of time I had to do my last piece of coursework thats due in before Xmas. Although I did have a damn good go last night, and have got the bulk of it done now.
So, I'm sitting here in Jess' lesson (although theres only 2 pupils in it), wondering whether I should have a go at the coursework, or leave it until after my meeting with Phil and he tells me where Ive gone wrong. I think the latter is more likely...

I've just finished a computers and the law tutorial, which was today on pornography. The whole class joined in the discussion, in which one student said he wanted to shoot the distributors of child porn, we suggested that distributors should get life in jail without the possibility of parole, and when we looked at the examples, had we been lawyers would have been guilty of overcharging the defendant, since we wanted to "do" them for making a copy of the image, intent to distribute and the actual distribution.
The teacher (who was a law teacher, not a computing teacher) commented that most of us wanted to throw the book at the four people in the example, but personally, I wanted to throw the book, followed by the library, brick by brick, at them.

I think Ralf Little is in my year at Uni.. This bloke looks exactly like him - same pasty face, thin build, short dark hair - exactly like him!
I've just had an Advanced Internet Development lecture on ASP.NET - something I spent a few months on last year. So it was pretty boring..And now, I'm in the tutorial, and there examples of ASP.NET to do, most of which I could do in my sleep (if I could be bothered, which I can't)...
Although, things are looking up - I learned that we're going to be developing applications for smart mobile devices next year - e.g. mobiles and PDAs. Looking forward to that. :-)
Right, better make it look like I'm doing something...
