Plot: A Submarine Second-in-Command is given the chance to prove himself in a war game. If he wins, he'll get the command he's dreamed of; if he loses, he'll be as good as out of the navy.
Favourite bit: When the torpedoes hit, you can't help but feel for the crew of the Stingray, after all they've been through. The ships electrician is hilarious. The Pirate scene where they throw a member of the crew overboard. And the scene with Lauren Holly's shrunken clothes ;-)
Anything of note? Rip Torn stars as the Navy chief who gives Dodge his last chance.
